The results are in! Meet the team of Eye-Fi Big Shots
The Eye-Fi team is proud to introduce our 2010 “Big Shots”, who will represent the Eye-Fi brand and products online and in the community. Read about more about who they are and what they like to do in the About the Eye-Fi Big Shots section. Here is what they have to say about Eye-Fi:

Rick Bucich, California “I was hooked on the idea of Eye-Fi at inception, after reading about the wireless memory card on a trade website, I ran across their headquarters and stopped by. They probably thought I was odd for dropping in to offer words of encouragement. At the time, I don’t think the product had hit the market yet but I soon purchased one for a relative notorious for never downloading images from his camera. Since then, I have owned several but the Eye-Fi Pro X2 cards with ad-hoc support are my favorite since they allow me to publish images from events in near real time via portable hotspot.” |
Alexa Corcoran, Maryland “I originally purchased the Eye-Fi Card as an impulse buy the night before my daughter’s 6th birthday. Not only was it a joyous birthday but “Snowmageddon” hit Baltimore – two blizzards, over 72 inches of snow – you get the idea. Add to the mix a party for 26 Kindergarteners, and my Eye-Fi card transferred and uploaded nearly 600 photos in 10 days. That’s when I realized this was just the beginning of a beautiful friendship! I now transfer all of my photos Eye-Fi Style! It’s made sharing images a snap! I could not be more proud to be Eye-Fi’s Busy Mom Big Shot!” |

Steven David, Texas “I am excited about being an Eye-Fi Big Shot as I enjoy sharing tips with other photographers. Hopefully, I can show other photographers ways to get more use from their camera.” |
Chris Harmon, Indiana “I absolutely love that my pictures now download themselves and automatically go into separate folders based on the date the pictures were taken. I’m excited to be an Eye-Fi Big Shot because I think every photographer, no matter what skill level, can benefit from the Eye-Fi Card. “ |

Dave Herwig, North Carolina “Travelling a lot, seeing interesting places and people, a point and shoot wasn’t working. I was introduced to the Eye-Fi about a year ago by a friend and knew I wanted one. Since I travel with my job, I enjoy taking photos of places and the people I meet. I don’t take one certain type of photo but I always try to take a photo to remember everywhere I have travelled. I am extremely excited to become an Eye-Fi Big Shot because I love this product. It is such a time saver.” |
Gary McCready, New Jersey “With my busy schedule I appreciate my Eye-Fi Card! It automatically backs-up photos to my PC and Phanfare, my favorite photo website. My most recent photo toy is the Kodak W820 picture frame, which allows (via Wifi) photos off Phanfare to appear on the frame shortly after being transferred from my Eye-Fi card.” |

Holly Pierpont, Ohio “When one of our twins had heart surgery at sixteen days old, I was able to share our experience and pictures with friends and family globally, utilizing my Eye-Fi card and tools. I could do all of this, while sitting bedside at the hospital, in just minutes! For this reason, I look forward to spreading the word about Eye-Fi products, and encourage others to save time and effort with their photography. Anyone with a busy lifestyle stands to gain time back with Eye-Fi!” |
Sir Dennis F Potten, Illinois “I was forced into early retirement by a unanticipated disability, so now I’m sharing my life in a different manner, not looking back but moving forward to capture my world here and now through “Sir Dennis’ Photo Art©” (http://www.education-america.org). Using several Digital SLR, Video and Point & Shoot cameras, I find my Eye-Fi Cards are tremendous time-savers along with their exciting geotagging features.” |
Christine Leiser Schroeder, Florida “I’ve been using my Eye-Fi Card since Christmas of ‘09 (it was my Christmas present to myself) and I’m ridiculously in love with it. I take pictures of my kids, my food, my jewelry designs and my world and I share them with anyone who cares to see.” |
Jen Seidel, Alaska “I am an avid scrapbooker and that is when I first learned about Eye-Fi. I was flipping through a scrapbook magazine and saw the ad and was convinced! I needed this product! I fell in love with it instantly. I take a lot of pictures. I mean a whole heap! I’ve sometimes right clicked on my hard drive’s space to just see and it averages about 13+ pictures a day. It’s easy, fast and quite convenient. “ |
