How did you hear about Eye-Fi?
My husband read about it on a technology website and thought it would be perfect for me to use since I use so many photos in my blog. He gave me the 4gig card for Christmas last year.
What’s your favorite Eye-Fi feature?
I love that it uploads directly to Flickr. I use my Flickr account for my blog photos and since I blog every day, a huge chunk of my time was spent uploading to Flickr. With the Eye-Fi card, I sit down at my computer and my photos are there and ready to go.

What’s your Eye-Fi story?
I am a full-time blogger and I usually post 2 or 3 times a day. Each post has a significant amount of pictures of my family and home. Photo storage and usage is key in my household. I am also a full-time working mom and wife, so my days are busy and full. I was spending more time getting my photos from my camera to my computer and then from my computer to my Flickr account than I was actually blogging. Now with the Eye-Fi card, I come into my network and my photos go straight to where I need them to be so when I sit down to blog there is no time wasted. I love that I get more time with my family and, especially, with my son because of the time I save using the Eye-Fi card.
What is your favorite thing to photograph?
I take a lot of pictures of my year-old son. Probably more of him than anything else. I have an album on my hard drives for each day and so I can really see how he has changed over the past year. I love being able to capture even the dull, in-between moments of parenthood with him.
What is the last photo that you Eye-Fi’d?
This is my son at the pool this past weekend. We spent the weekend with my parents and when I came home from our weekend getaway, I was exhausted. I turned my camera on and while I was getting my son ready for bed, my pictures instantly uploaded to Flickr. By the time I put him down and came back to blog for the night, my pictures were ready to go and I got to go to bed about 45 minutes sooner! Very important to a new mom!
