Matt brings more than fifteen years of executive management, marketing and international business experience to Eye-Fi. Over the years Matt has lead teams that created over $2 billion in value for shareholders and employees by delivering market leading products and services to thousands of companies and millions of consumers.

Prior to Eye-Fi, Matt led the Roxio product group through two acquisitions while serving as the general manager for digital media software and services — most recently with Corel Corporation. During the prior 10+ years, he was CMO/VP of Marketing for two public software companies and two start-up ventures. His accomplishments include a wide range of sectors, including enterprise and consumer software, mobile apps, web services and integrated hardware/software product lines.


VP Engineering Mike Edmunds

With a focus on personal media and consumer web entertainment, Mike brings over 20 years of experience to Eye-Fi, successfully combining software engineering and product management to deliver technology that consumers love. His natural ability to mix the hands-on details and big-picture leadership required for executive roles at variously-sized startups propelled him to co-found (and bootstrap) his own startup, Planapple, a web application for organizing travel with friends and family.

Prior to Eye-Fi, Mike was VP of Web Products at Roxio, having joined as part of the acquisition of startup Simple Star, creators of the PhotoShow multimedia storytelling web application. Throughout his career, Mike has led engineering, acquisition and production for a range of companies and products, from casual web games at AtomShockwave to development of Shockwave and Director at Macromedia.


Managing Director of Japan Daisuke Tanaka

As the first employee of Eye-Fi's targeted overseas expansion in 2008, Daisuke brought a long history of successful entrepreneurship, including founding his own start-up, Photocreate, to lead our global business development. Through his expertise, Daisuke quickly developed strong relationships with key online services like Mixi, to deliver integrated sharing destinations to Eye-Fi's growing Japanese customer base. Additionally, he expanded distribution of Eye-Fi in Japan to all major retailers nationwide, including such big brands as Yodobashi and Bic Camera.

Daisuke created an impressive list of Eye-Fi camera partners, including Nikon, Casio, Sanyo, JVC Victor, Canon, Olympus, Pentax Ricoh, Sony & Panasonic. The partnerships grew into the Eye-Fi Connected program, integrating Eye-Fi technology directly into thousands of popular camera models. Daisuke also took Eye-Fi into the mobile space, creating valuable partnerships with high-profile Japanese carriers, such as Softbank, KDDI and Docomo.

With well over a decade of success in product marketing, channel development, brand building and global customer acquisition, Michele has used her experience to further extend and establish Eye-Fi's global footprint as the digital imaging industry is redefined, both geographically and across product categories. Her skill and creative approach for developing strategic marketing partnerships, new channel opportunities and customer engagement continues to foster Eye-Fi’s international brand recognition and growth.

Most recently, Michele was Director of Global Customer Acquisition at Skype, now part of Microsoft, where she delivered large-scale customer acquisition programs across a variety of marketing channels and helped accelerate Skype's brand presence into the household name it is today.


Co-founder Berend Ozceri

Berend Ozceri

Co-founder

Berend has a long history in cutting-edge ASIC design and software/hardware co-development for systems ranging from complex scalable supercomputers to embedded system-on-a-chip (SoC) devices. Prior to co-founding Eye-Fi, he was a senior digital design engineer at Atheros Communication where he worked as one of two lead SoC architects of a highly integrated 802.11 MAC and radio chip and where he co-developed a dynamic clock-gating scheme to aid the chip in meeting its aggressive low-power consumption goals.


Business Development & Sales, Co-founder Ziv Gillet

Ziv Gillat

Business Development & Sales, Co-founder

Ziv has worked in software design and support for more than 10 years, with experience in digital imaging, color management, printing technologies, storage and high-speed networking. He is also a professional photographer and shoots on-location and in the studio. Ziv's imaging background extends all the way back to PhotoAccess (acquired by Agilent and Seattle PhotoWorks), where he was part of a team creating a digital imaging ASIC integrated into several U.S. and Japanese digital cameras.
